The quiet coronation

John Gorenfeld has been following this remarkable, made-for-TV story about 81 members of Congress who attended the coronation of the Rev. Sun Myung Moon. "You know, the one that Congressmen listed in the program claimed not to have heard of," Gorenfeld wrote. This ceremony apparently happened in March, but the media really haven't covered it.

WorldNetDaily (yes, I know, consider the source) has its own piece on the coronation and quotes Moon as saying: "In the context of heaven's providence, I am God's ambassador, sent to earth with His full authority. I am sent to accomplish His command to save the world's 6 billion people, restoring them to heaven with the original goodness in which they were created."
