Ralph's rebuttal

Published July 9, 2004 7:01PM (EDT)

On CNN's Inside Politics, Judy Woodruff asked Ralph Nader for his reaction to Lisa Chamberlain's piece on Salon, "The Dark Side of Ralph Nader," that quoted alienated and estranged former "Nader's Raiders" voicing disgruntlement about their one-time hero. Nader responded first by saying there were errors in Chamberlain's piece (but did not identify any, nor was he asked to). Then he admitted there probably were some angry former employees who "didn't do their work and they feel a little guilty about it." Then he dismissed the story as political gossip, which, he added, was "Salon's motif."

Nader told Woodruff he "didn't get a chance to rebut" Chamberlain's story. Mr. Nader, here's your chance.
