Fox moves to fire O'Reilly accuser

Just don't call it retaliation. Fox says its move to fire producer Andrea Makris just days after she filed an entertainingly detailed sexual harassment lawsuit against star Bill O'Reilly has nothing to do with the suit. Makris told the New York Daily News that Fox served her with termination papers but asked a judge to rule that it wasn't retribution.
