Kerry: Was election legitimate?

Take heart, citizens of Ohio. Sen. John Kerry, so roundly criticized for conceding the election when so many questions remained about the vote in your state, uttered words on "Meet the Press" Sunday that ought to be music to your ears. "It is hard," Kerry said, "to say that something is legitimate when whole portions of the country can't vote and doesn't vote."

The senator from Massachusetts was talking about Iraq.
