"Everything Ecstatic," the latest release from "folktronica" (exactly what it sounds like) artist Kieran Hebden, aka Four Tet, is less folk and more tronica than his previous records. "Smile Around the Face" is pretty dance pop, but with some disruptions and dirt tossed in to keep it from being too pretty, and with a sped-up vocal hook that does, indeed, make you smile. If you prefer your prettiness undisrupted and squeaky clean, try "Glue of the World" from 2001's "Pause."
