Stephen Colbert pulled out his usual high jinx with Representative Eleanor Holmes Norton from DC, but the congresswoman didn't back down for a second, taking Colbert to task every step of the way. The results were far too memorable not to show in their entirety. We just can't figure out what's more impressive, Colbert's unbreakable commitment to character, or Rep. Norton's sassiness.
