Bush to veto Iraq withdrawal plan tonight.

This morning, White House spokeswoman Dana Perino charged Democrats with engaging in a "trumped-up political stunt" by arranging for Congress' Iraq war withdrawal timeline to hit the president's desk on the fourth anniversary of his "Mission Accomplished" speech.
