What if Republicans treated Romney like they treated John Kerry?

A day after Mitt Romney said he'd have to ask the lawyers whether he could attack Iran without congressional approval -- anyone remember how the Republicans hounded John Kerry for what they called his "global test"? -- the Associated Press has unearthed another what-if-Kerry-had-said-it quote from the former Massachusetts governor.

Begging off scooping duties during a campaign stop this summer at a New Hampshire ice-cream shop, Romney declared: "Oh gosh, I'm not as strong as these girls. Just have me do some soft serve."
