I shot this video this morning, urging Hillary to show her softer, warmer side. A little bit later, she got teary talking to voters in Portsmouth. I'll let you judge whether it helps or hurts her. My heart went out to her; I can't honestly be politically dispassionate about it. We'll see what the voters say in the days and weeks to come.
