Sometimes it's hard to tell if "Lost" (9 p.m. EST on ABC) is the longest, most twisted tale ever to be told on TV, or just an elaborate hoax set to a horror-movie soundtrack. Last week, Sayid's flash-forward started strong, with that intriguing murder on the golf course, but ended in espionage clichés. "I love you! Wait, you're a spy? But I'm a spy! I don't love you, either!" When in doubt throw in a secret mission, a love story and a mysterious boss on the phone. What is this, "Charlie's Angels"? More cheesy suspense snacks on the menu tonight, when we learn how Kate adjusts to life off the island. Let's see, we're guessing there's a deep, dark secret, a long-lost love and a mysterious enemy involved ...

Also…

The make-out sessions should intensify on "Survivor: Micronesia -- Fans vs. Favorites" (8 p.m. EST on CBS), Val Kilmer stars in "Wonderland" (9:30 p.m. EST on IFC), and the working women of "Lipstick Jungle" try to keep their lives balanced (10 p.m. EST on NBC). Dan Fogelberg, who passed away last December, appears on "Soundstage" (10 p.m. EST on PBS, check listings).
