John McCain may have suspended his campaign, but Barack Obama hasn't, and he's taking the opportunity to press his advantage on the economy. His campaign has just released a new, minute-long ad in which Obama speaks directly to the camera -- and to voters -- about his plan for the economy.

This is the second such spot; the first one, which ran a full (and unusual) two minutes, came out just over a week ago. The Obama camp says this latest ad will be broadcast in "key targeted states."
