Correction: Mexico-Elections-PAN story

MEXICO CITY (AP) — In an April 2 story about Mexico's ruling National Action Party's battle to retain the presidency, The Associated Press erroneously reported that the country has 62 million people living in poverty. The country of 112.3 million people has 51.3 percent of the population living in poverty, or 57.6 million people, according to the Mexican government's National Council for the Evaluation of Social Development Policy.
