Libertarian Sen. Rand Paul began a filibuster of epic proportions on the constitutionality of U.S. drone strikes, beginning at 11:47 a.m. Wednesday and ending at 12:39 a.m Thursday morning. It supposedly ended the way all marathon sessions do, with a need to go to the bathroom:
