New video footage of an explosion at a fertilizer plant in West, Texas, that has left more than 160 injured and killed up to 15, has surfaced:
The blast occurred Wednesday night. The AP reports that it could be heard 45 miles away and even registered as a 2.1 on the richter scale, according to the according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The explosion has leveled several blocks in the small community, including 60-70 homes, a middle school, a nursing home and an apartment building, says West mayor Tommy Muska, who described the scene as a "war zone."
