Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick provided an update on the condition of Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev from outside Boston’s Fenway Park, revealing that Tsarnaev is in serious but stable condition and is currently unable to communicate.
