Rachel Maddow discussed Joe Biden’s appearance on the Late Show with Stephen Colbert on her show last night.
Biden did not confirm a presidential bid but he did give several reasons why he wouldn’t run.
“The reason this is newsworthy is because in these remarks he is being more explicit than he ever has been, about why he wouldn’t run if he doesn’t run, ” she said about the interview. “Vice President Biden may not run, and it’s starting to feel increasingly like he won’t.”
Maddow also discussed Biden’s role in Hillary Clinton’s campaign, as well as the upcoming GOP debate, Jindal’s attacks on Trump and a Clinton-Trump feud.
