When Larry David hosts "SNL," you can expect two things: a sketch about David’s hit HBO comedy “Curb Your Enthusiasm” and a healthy dose of his uncanny Bernie Sanders impression. And killing two birds with one stone, last night’s episode introduced “Bern Your Enthusiasm.”

David’s Bernie Sanders is much more … difficult: refusing to shake hands with a supporter because “you specifically coughed into your hand”; insisting on whole milk instead of 2% milk; telling a voter who asks him to pop back in her dislocated shoulder, “I’m from Brooklyn, we don’t pop in Brooklyn.”

Sanders’ neuroticism catches up to him, though, when it turns out he alienated just enough voters to lose to Hillary by “like five people” in Iowa.
