69-year-old Mack Burgess, an assistant principal at Kingstree Senior High School in South Carolina, is currently under investigation because of a video that surfaced showing him placing a 15-year-old female student in a choke hold. This isn't the first time a student has been physically assaulted at a school in South Carolina. And it even conjures images of Eric Garner's horrific experience in a police choke hold.  What's striking is that this time, it's a high school employee administering the choke hold after a fight between two girls. Watch the video here.
