Netflix dropped the trailer today for the fourth season of "Orange is the New Black," ahead of its June 17 release date. The series — based on Piper Kerman's memoir of the same name — dramatizes the experiences of a white collar criminal in an all-female minimum security prison.

In the trailer, Litchfield continues its transition to a for-profit institution, overflowing the facility with 100 new inmates; Piper has "started to feel unsafe lately," as it she believes she "pissed off the prison"; Carrie Black does "not like where this is headed"; Crazy Eyes ends up in the hospital; and it looks like animosity between the COs and inmates is reaching a fever pitch, necessitating a SWAT team to interject.

If the trailer is any indication, OITNB showrunner Jenji Kohan and her team are cutting back on the comedy and diving headfirst into the dramatic aspects of the storyline in the fourth season.
