rawlogoFox News contributor Tomi Lahren lashed out at her critics after a genealogist revealed the conservative pundit’s family was made up of the same type of immigrants she now wants to ban.

Lahren’s ancestors from Norway and Germany arrived with few skills and spoke their native tongues for decades, according to research conducted by journalist Jennifer Mendelsohn.

“One woman over the weekend who took it upon herself to research my family history in hopes of digging up some kind of a ‘gotcha’ moment, a ‘gotcha’ angle to validate illegal immigration and open borders and what she found was really shocking, guys,” Lahren told “Fox & Friends.”

“She found that my family, who came here in the 1800s from Norway and Germany that they spoke Norwegian and German, and really what she did is prove that my family came here legally,” Lahren added. “But what she was hoping to do was try to call me a hypocrite for believing in merit-based immigration. Again, she failed miserably.”

Lahren aligned herself with President Donald Trump against her critics, who she suggested suffered from mental illness, and took a shot at a U.S. senator who the president has derided with the “Pocahontas” racial slur.

“This really isn’t what she calls resistance genealogy,” she said. “It’s another indication of Trump derangement syndrome. I really am happy though that she has such a fascination with my family history, and I’m hoping that she will take on Elizabeth Warren’s next.”

The hosts of ABC’s “The View” bashed Lahren on Monday’s episode by questioning the social media celebrity-turned-cable news pundit’s credentials and skills.

“Joy (Behar) saying what are your skills, it’s beyond research,” said “Fox & Friends” co-host Ainsley Earhardt. “It is personal, it is mean.”

She accused her critics of “emotional blackmail” by pointing to the human consequences of Trump’s immigration policies, and expressed admiration for Israeli forces gunning down Palestinians attempting to cross the border.

“Well, as we see, Israel clearly doesn’t play around,” Lahren said. “Every nation has the right to enforce their border, every nation has a right to protect its citizens. I have said it before: You don’t lock your door because you hate the people outside, you lock it because you believe in protecting the people inside. That is why we have a border, but the left would rather us have open borders.”
