The peach Bellini is a classic drink that you cannot miss when in Venice. It’s simply prosecco with the addition of peach purée. This version is a twist on the original recipe: at Felidia, we use peach sorbet to make an ice-cold drink that is welcome at any time of the year.

Recipe: Frozen Peach Bellini

MAKES 1 DRINK

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup peach sorbet
  • 4 ounces chilled prosecco

Directions: 

Chill a champagne flute.

Combine the sorbet and prosecco in a blender, and blend until smooth. Pour into the chilled flute, and serve immediately.
