Alex Jones isn’t taking the latest news about Jeffrey Epstein very well.

In a video shared to X on Monday, the right-wing conspiracy theorist and radio host broke down in tears over a Department of Justice memo regarding the late sex trafficker and financier. That memo outlined a review of Epstein’s file and concluded that they could find no evidence that Epstein kept a “client list” or that he was murdered while awaiting trial in a Manhattan jail.

Jones is part of a cadre of conspiracy-minded MAGAs who believe that Epstein was murdered to avoid revealing his powerful associates’ connections to sex trafficking. Many on the right have pressured President Donald Trump, who was himself a long-time associate of Epstein, to release the so-called “Epstein files.”  Jones said the DOJ’s conclusions were “absolute horses**t” and that the news made him feel physically ill.

“The DOJ is running cover for the CIA and Mossad. NO ONE IS BUYING THIS!!” he wrote. “Next, the DOJ will say, ‘Actually, Jeffrey Epstein never even existed.” This is over-the-top sickening.”

The memo contradicts much of what members of the Trump administration have said in regards to Epstein. Attorney General Pam Bondi has referenced the files for months, telling Fox News in February that the client list was “sitting on my desk right now to review.” Amid his feud with President Donald Trump, Elon Musk accused Trump of being in the “Epstein Files,” though he later deleted the post.

“I just really need the Trump administration to succeed, and to save this country, and they’re doing so much good. And then for them to do something like this tears my guts out,” Jones said through tears.
