Justin Bieber is back to his old tricks.

While we recently leveraged the bold assumption that the troublemaking singer had grown up since his monkey-owning, drag-racing days, the nascent Bieber apology tour hit a snag recently, when Mature Apologetic Bieber decided to take a break for a while and let his twin, Petulant Child Bieber, take the reins.

Shortly after storming out of a Spanish radio interview, Bieber walked offstage at a concert in Oslo, Norway, yesterday, after a fan poured something on the stage. Bieber tried to clean it up, and fans started grabbing at him, at which point the singer decided he had had enough.

"Never mind, I'm done. I'm not doing the show,” he said, before leaving the stage. TMZ has a video of the incident, embedded below:

Shortly after, Biebs said he was sorry -- as he is prone to doing regularly, both in real-life and in song -- citing lack of sleep.

Sigh. Where are Ü that we need you (onstage and at your mark on time, as contractually specified), Biebs?
