Former chief talent officer at Netflix Patty McCord reveals her secrets for creating a workplace culture that welcomes creativity and fosters success. It all starts with “radical honesty,” McCord, an expert on recruiting, motivating and forming teams in a workplace, told SalonTV.

In McCord’s book “Powerful: Building a Culture of Freedom and Responsibility,” she reflects on the 14 years she spent at Netflix revolutionizing the human resources department at the company and helping the company built a content empire.
