James Saenz

James Saenz is the former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Counternarcotics and Stabilization Policy, where he oversaw U.S. defense strategy on counter-drug trafficking, transnational organized crime, and global stability operations. He advised the Secretary of Defense and led interagency efforts to counter illicit activity and strengthen international security.
