Kevin Healey

Kevin Healey is an Assistant Professor of Media Studies at the University of New Hampshire. An alumnus of the late-1990s tech bubble in Silicon Alley, Kevin’s research focuses on media, religion, and ethics in digital culture. His recent online essays include: Google-phonics: or, What is the sound of a thousand tech workers meditating?; Searching for Integrity: The politics of mindfulness in the digital economy; Solitude and Presence: Photo reflections on natural and digital ecologies; and On Whistleblowing, MLK, Jr., and the politics of resistance in the digital age. He is co-editor, with Robert H. Woods, Jr. of Prophetic Critique and Popular Media, published in 2013 by Peter Lang.
