The homeless get a Web site, now what?

From the Progress Report:

"Instead of reversing the massive cuts to housing and job training proposed by President Bush, the Bush Labor Department yesterday announced it is setting up a website to help the homeless. The Department did not announce plans to give out wireless laptops to the homeless or provide the homeless with homes with desktop computers connected to the Internet."
