In a festive, parodic nod to this year’s NSA revelations, the ACLU has come out with a playful re-imagining of “Santa Claus is coming to town.”

In our real life Huxley’s Christmas nightmare, The NSA is “making a list, checking it twice, watching almost every electronic device.”
