Political strategist David Plouffe, who managed President Barack Obama's campaigns, says Bernie Sanders is running a stronger campaign than Joe Biden. "Even though he's a longtime Washington figure, when he's in debates or interviews he doesn't fall into the trap of seeming like he's running for reelection of his current office. He's making a case and a very aggressive case," Plouffe said on "Salon Talks." Plouffe says he is struck by Sanders' consistency and the fact that he doesn't get ruffled.
