Salon introduces its Questions of the Day, where we invite you to lead the conversation.

This week Time magazine bestowed its venerable Person of the Year title on "The Guardians," journalists murdered, imprisoned and harassed in the line of work. Among them are Jamal Khashoggi, the Washington Post columnist killed in Turkey in October, and the Capital Gazette staffers gunned down in a mass shooting last summer. Do you agree with the choice? Who in your mind was the person who most defined 2018?
