Sweating my sorrows away: How are you coping with the election outcome?

Stress eating donuts? Or maybe you just left the country?

This election was rough on all of us. Maybe not all, but it's safe to assume the majority of Salon readers were disappointed. It's been a few weeks since election night when Donald Trump surprised everyone with a win, but it feels like an eternity. The sad part is he hasn't even been inaugurated yet.

If you're like me, you need some help coping with America's new reality. My personal coping method? Ordering $60 worth of Dominos pizza several nights each week — works well if you don't care about being broke or gaining weight. Of course there are other things to do besides stress eat. Some examples: Binge watch Netflix; explore some new shows; meditate; smoke weed (if it's legal where you live!); reach out on social media.

Tell us what your preferred coping method is below.
